UiO offers software to both staff and students. Guides for using software can be found either under the thematic overview of IT services at UiO or on the manufacturer's website. If you are looking for guides for Zoom, for example, you will find it under the topic "Telephony, chat and video meetings" and under "IT support for education". If you do not find guides for the software or application you need help with under IT services at UiO, you will find them at the manufacturer's website.
Acrobat Pro will be removed from UiO Programkiosk
For security reasons, the use of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro via the UiO Programkiosk is being discontinued. You will not able to use this application after April 13th. If you need to edit or create PDFs, you can use PDFgear in the UiO Programkiosk. PDFgear is already available in UiO Programkiosk.
