We kindly ask you to complete the form on number of performed tasks/procedures that you performed at gynecology and obstetrics clinic this semester, linked to this mail. (The last 2 pages you all registered in the yellow book.)

The statistics from this form will be used to evaluate this semester and will help us to improve our teaching for the next Module 6 students.
