New version 1.4 of compendium

It's now version 1.4. Some limitation of the manually biased Cascode current mirror from the lecture is discussed in 1.4 that is not discussed in 1.3. Unfortunately the audio is missing from the second half of that lecture's podcast, so it's important to read the compendium section 10.3 in particular for the students that rely entirely on the podcast.
