Become a tour guide for OsloNature
At OsloNature you will be part of a dynamic environment that is passionate about showcasing the best of Norwegian nature, culture and city life. Your tasks will be to lead engaging tours, share stories and knowledge about the city, and adapt the tours to the needs and wishes of the group. They are looking for someone who is adventurous, social, outgoing, and who loves nature and city life. You must have lived in Oslo for at least 1 year, know the city well, and have good knowledge of local culture, history, and hidden gems. It is a requirement that you are fluent in English.

Paid Remote Voice Recording Project - Norwegian Speakers
We are looking for native Norwegian speakers to take part in a paid, remote voice recording project. Total pay: USD 50 for the complete task (approx. 1.5 hours). Participants will also receive USD 5 for completing the pre-test task.

Online Store Advisor with Norwegian and English
Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class Customer Support to all customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot a variety of customer issues and work with internal teams when needed, to assess and resolve
- Follow company procedures, processes, and best practices to effectively manage customer cases
- Aggressively work to resolve customer issues within SLA whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Report, profile, and when possible, diagnose new product issues
- Determine severity, frequency, and possible workarounds
Requirements:
- 1 or more years working directly with customers to resolve customer / technical issues
- Fluency in Norwegian
- Excellent English language skills
- Comfortable troubleshooting problems with customers over the phone and via email
