TSD-Autotekst: automatic transcription in TSD

How to transcribe

1. Click Upload file for transcription to select a file, or drag and drop the file you want to transcribe into the TSD Autotekst window.
2. Select the language in the recording from the Language dropdown menu.
3. Choose which language model you want to use from the dropdown menu under Language model.
4. Additional options:
   • If you want to translate the transcription into English, check Translate transcription to English.
   • To make the transcription available to all members in the TSD project, select Make transcription public. Note that the transcription is only available inside the TSD project.
5. Click Send to texting to start the transcription.

Recordings from Nettskjema

It is possible to transcribe recordings from Nettskjema responses in TSD Autotekst.

1. Go to the Nettskjema tab in Autotekst.
   
2. Select the form the recording is associated with.
3. Select the recording you want to transcribe.
4. Follow steps 2¨C5 in the guide above.

Managing transcriptions

Completed and ongoing transcriptions can be found on the Transcriptions tab in Autotekst in TSD.

Under each transcribed file you can:

• Delete the transcription.
• Play the recording with transcription.
• Download the transcription as a text file (.txt/Plain text), .SRT file, or .VTT file.
• View a preview of the transcription.
