For the technician (host)
As the defence technician you are responsible for the technical aspects of the defence. You are the host of the Zoom session. The following guidelines are long, but it is still highly recommended that you take the time to read them in their entirety prior to a defence. The ph.d. administration in your unit will let you know if there defence will be completely or partially digital.
