Not received SMS with log-in details

If you haven't received the SMS with your username, you should check the following:

  1. Make sure your phone number is correctly registered in S?knadsweb.
  2. Your phone number has to be registered in an international format. There should be no 0 in front of your number, and your country code has to be included (e.g. +44). Here's an example (International format is the correct way to register):
    Local format: 0207946xxxx
    International format: +44207946xxxx
  3. 3rd party applications like WhatsApp experience issues receiving SMS from us. Check your default SMS application instead.

  4. Some phone operators block text messages from Norway. Please check with them if that’s the case. You can ask if they’ve blocked SMS from Norway containing links to websites.
