No strike – Salary negotiations begin

The trade union LO Stat and the state reached an agreement at 2 a.m. this morning. This means there will be no strike this year, and that this year’s salary negotiations will begin.

UiO will now hold preparatory meetings with all four trade unions to agree on the timelines for the negotiations. We will provide more information on this in June.

Akademikerne and Unio

Academics and Unio will negotiate within a framework of 3.3 percent. The entire framework will be negotiated locally.

Non-organised staff will follow this agreement area.

YS

YS will negotiate within a framework of 3.75 percent.

  • 1.05 percent will be given as a percentage salary rise for everyone.
  • The remainder of the framework, 2.7 percent, will be negotiated locally.

LO

LO will negotiate within a framework of 3.75 percent.

  • 2.25 percent will be given as a general salary rise for everyone, amounting to 6,600 kroner in addition to 1.5 percent.
  • The remainder of the framework, 1.35 percent, will be negotiated locally.

The reason the total framework differs is that wage carryover and drift vary between the areas.
