- Payments to foreign bank accounts with IBAN and SWIFT/BIC addresses take place two days after the ordinary payment date, and then it can take up to 5 days before the recipient has the payment in their account.

Types of payment runs
Main salary
- The main salary is paid on the 12th of the month. Payment day is brought forward to the last working day before if the 12th is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
- In?main salary runs, fixed salary,?hourly pay,?overtime, allowances, holiday pay (June) and final settlement (ongoing) are paid.
- The approval deadline for managers related to the main salary in the app/portal is set at 8-10 days before the payment date.
Bonus salary
- Bonus salary is run twice per month. In July and December, there is only one?bonus salary run due to summer holiday and annual closure.
- In?bonus salary runs, assignments are paid.
- The approval deadline for managers related to the bonus salary in the app/portal is set at 10 days before the payment date.
Travel run
- Travel runs are made twice a month - exceptions can occur during the summer holiday and because of Easter.
- In travel runs, travel claims, outlays and travel advances are paid.
