Mandate
The Culture and Welfare Committee (KVU) organises activities and creates meeting places that cross the boundaries between workplaces, disciplines and job categories, so that employees become better acquainted with different parts of the University and with one another. The events may be social or cultural in nature, excursions and special sporting events.

The Culture and Welfare Committee (KVU) is comprised of an equal number of representatives of the employer and of the labor organisations, as well as one observer. For the period 1 March 2025 – 28 February 2028, KVU consists of the following persons:
